Bedford Garden Club members had a fun time in November helping prepare for the Holiday season.  Members attended two events related to Holiday Wreath Decorating.

Custom Holiday Wreath & Porch Pot Demonstration 

The November Program which was held on November 19 at Bedford Fields was a presentation on Creating Holiday Wreaths & Holiday Porch Pots.   Jenn, from Bedford Fields, demonstrated how to construct a layered evergreen porch pot using matching accents and colors for a perfect holiday combination. She also demonstrated taking a plain balsam wreath and customizing it by adding evergreen accents, a bit of color and a hand tied bow to finish it off.

Holiday Wreath Decorating Workshop

On November 26th, at the Bedford Town Hall members enjoyed holiday music and refreshments while decorating the Town Wreaths.  Members that ordered wreaths for themselves were also able to decorate their wreaths at the workshop.  If you want to check out the beautiful wreaths created by the club, just go to Bedford town locations, such as the library, town offices and transfer station, just to name a few.
